IMPORTANT! Check in date for the Holiday Inn Select is April the 9th, 2006.

Please register early for the meeting and make your hotel reservation before March 10th, 2006 to get the negotiated rate of $110 + tax/night. Please refer to the IceCube meeting when you make your reservation. The registration page and the hortel registration page are available online. Your promotion code for online reservations is: S16. You may also make your reservation by calling the hotel directly at (800) 678-4065. The hotel is a wireless hotspot and tech assistance is available by the hotel staff. Remember that the conference Hotel is Holiday Inn SELECT and has to be filled before booking in other hotels. This is to fulfil our contract obligations with the Holiday Inn.

Baton Rouge can be reached via Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport, Memphis Internatioanl Airport, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, and Houston Intercontinental Airport. Approximate flight times to Baton Rouge from the above airports are 65, 50, 55 and 40 minutes, respectively. You can find more travel information here
